We have decided to continue a hybrid meeting schedule. Each month, we alternate between in-person and Zoom meetings. This allows members who do not live in the Twin Cities Metro or are traveling to log in and join us! Below, you will find the details for our bi-monthly Zoom meetings.
This schedule could change depending on the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation. As an immune-compromised community, we reserve the right to cancel in-person meetings up to one week before the meeting. Since meeting online is still the safest and easiest way for us to connect, we will continue with the following schedule for Zoom:
When: Every third Sunday in February, April, June, August, October, and December from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Where: Install Zoom on your operating system, tablet, or mobile device. Also, to make connecting easier on the event day, consider registering in advance for the meeting. You must register to have access to this meeting.
Notes: We can host up to 100 people for this event. We ask that you review our Etiquette for Support Sundays before joining.
This is an open event; if possible, please try to log in around 1:00 pm. If you can log in anytime before 3 pm, someone will be available to chat. 🙂 We do reserve the right to end meetings early due to participation.
